Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Free forever for up to 5 users and 1 office, with unlimited students. No card needed to start.
Do I have to pay a setup fee?
Free is self-serve with no setup. Essentials has a one-time setup of Rs 300,000 and Professional Rs 500,000 — both done-for-you, where we configure your pipelines, migrate your data and train your staff. Enterprise setup is quoted to your needs.
Can I try it before I commit?
Yes — on every paid plan. Start with a refundable Rs 50,000 deposit and run Edmissa live on your own data for 60 days. At day 60 you either go live (the Rs 50,000 counts toward your setup) or walk away and get the Rs 50,000 back in full. That 60-day window is your money-back guarantee.
How does WhatsApp and SMS pricing work?
There is a Rs 100,000 one-time setup to connect WhatsApp and SMS. After that, you top up credits and pay per message. Replies within 24 hours are free, and routine status updates and reminders cost only a few rupees each.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes — pay for a year up front and get two months free.
Is my data safe, and can I leave with it?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, fully isolated from other customers, and logged for audit. You can export everything at any time — there is no lock-in.
What if I run several branches?
Your head office pays the full monthly rate, and every extra branch is billed at a lower per-branch rate — so adding offices always costs less than the first. You can grow up to your plan's office limit; beyond that, Enterprise scales with rates that taper down the more offices you run.
