Essentials is the starting plan for international agencies. It supports up to five offices, 15 users per office, and 1,000 applications each month.
Your head office pays the full plan rate. Each additional branch pays the lower extra-branch rate, so you are never charged per user.
You use Edmissa live for 60 days. If you continue, the $200 is credited against setup; if not, it is returned in full.
Yes. Annual billing is paid up front and gives two months free. The one-time setup fee is not reduced by annual billing.
A $400 one-time setup connects WhatsApp and SMS. After that, you top up credits and pay per message, separately from the plan price.
